Employees can get their 2008 W-2 reprints online through PostalEASE. You will need your Employee ID and USPS PIN. From the homepage, click on “W-2 Reprint.” Then click on the tab that reads “View, print, and/or request mailing of W-2 information for current year.”

Another button on the same webpage, “Request mailing of W-2 reprints for selected years,” also is available. Employees can also make changes to Federal W-4 withholding information on PostalEASE.
